2017年上半年美国对外军贸概况

美国长期以来大量对外国进行武器出口,一方面获取巨额利润,另一方面借此影响相关地区的形势.2017年上半年,伴随着美国政府对外政策的调整,美国对外军事贸易也出现了一些变化,在对亚太地区、中东地区、欧洲地区和其他潜在热点地区的武器出口方面有着不同的表现.     

作战效能中文研究热点分析

运用CitespaceⅡ信息可视化图谱软件对作战效能中文研究文献数据进行分析,绘制了共引网络图谱,并依据图谱中关键节点文献的知识基础,对作战效能研究热点及趋势进行了初步探讨,得出国内作战效能研究的热点与前沿的相关结论,对作战效能的研究具有一定的参考价值。     

A multi‐stage stochastic programming approach for network capacity expansion with multiple sources of capacity

In networks, there are often more than one sources of capacity. The capacities can be permanently or temporarily owned by the decision maker. Depending on the nature of sources, we identify the permanent capacity, spot market capacity, and contract capacity. We use a scenario tree to model the uncertainty, and build a multi‐stage stochastic integer program that can incorporate multiple sources and multiple types of capacities in a general network. We propose two solution methodologies for the problem. Firstly, we design an asymptotically convergent approximation algorithm. Secondly, we design a cutting plane algorithm based on Benders decomposition to find tight bounds for the problem. The numerical experiments show superb performance of the proposed algorithms compared with commercial software. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 63: 600–614, 2017

随着社会经济的发展,水库这一人工湖泊不仅只发挥传统的灌溉、供水、防洪、发电和养殖等作用,作为风景旅游和度假地开发建设越来越受到重视,文章从对库区风景开发建设必要性、条件和原则进行分析,提出库区开发建设必须兼顾生态环境,确保水库的可持续发展。     

基于改进遗传算法的平流层飞艇定点悬停控制(英文)

平流层飞艇定点悬停控制是飞艇应用领域的关键技术。该控制问题可以转化为非线性多目标优化问题来求解。遗传算法是解决现代非线性多目标优化问题的一种重要方法。但是基本遗传算法在解决定点悬停飞艇实际控制问题时,具有易陷入局部最优解、在遗传进化过程中随机性较强、搜索效率低下及耗时多等缺陷。通过借鉴并行遗传算法、模拟退火算法和向量评价遗传算法的基本思想,在基本遗传操作中添加切断算子和拼接算子,设计一种改进遗传算法来改善上述缺陷。仿真结果表明该方法是有效可行的。     

一种用于GAF协议的优化邻居表算法

GAF协议是一种基于地理信息的无线传感器网络路由协议,由于采用多跳传输,将导致热区的产生。提出了一种优化邻居表算法,可以有效辨识GAF虚拟网格内的节点密度,从而选择密度大的网格通行,以均衡热区能耗,延长网络寿命。仿真结果验证了该算法的可行性。     

Optimization of resistance spot brazing process parameters in AHSS and AISI 304 stainless steel joint using filler metal

The aim of this research study was to determine optimal resistance spot brazing parameters for joining between AHSS and AISI 304 stainless steel by using filler metal. The key parameters investigated in this study consist of the brazing current, electrode pressure and brazing time. The Taguchi method was applied to the design of experiments. Signal-to-Noise ratio was introduced in the study to identify optimal levels from the process where input parameters yield increased shear strength. Brazing was thus implemented with 5,000A brazing current, 0.70 MPa electrode pressure, and 1.50s brazing time. The maximum shear strength obtained was 54.31 N·mm⁻² in accordance with input parameter settings. In addition, Cu-rich phase and Ag_0.4Fe_0.6 intermetallic phases were found at the interface zone.     

论消防部队抢险救援现场的医疗急救

当前我国抢险救援工作面临着新的挑战。作为抢险救援的专业队伍,消防部队只有具备包括现场医疗急救在内的较强的综合能力和素质,才能更好地完成各类灾害事故、意外伤害的抢险救援任务。针对消防部队的特点,提出了抢险救援现场医疗急救的原则和对各类伤害现场进行医疗急救的对策。     

激光远场光斑检测中信号采集与转贮技术研究

设计了16×16面阵靶板多路探测信号的采集与转贮系统电路,用于信号采集及向上位机的传送。系统采用W 77E58为采集电路的CPU,以FT245BM为核心构成USB接口电路,实现了256路信号的快速采集与转贮,较好地解决了对多路探测器实时快速采集和向上位机传送的问题,从而使激光远场光斑测试系统能够实时测量远场光斑的能量分布和变化情况。
